Dalian launch (solo, Uber).

Only Uber employee on the ground in a multi-million-person Chinese metro. Built a ~50-person team and 60+ rental-fleet partners, scaled the city from zero to multi-million weekly trips in under a year — top-tier launch globally. EB-1 Green Card awarded for exceptional contribution.

TikTok BI server migration.

Led a six-month VA → SG server migration in response to U.S. regulatory requirements. Thousands of dashboards, hundreds of datasets, 100% migrated, zero cadence outage for the commercial org.

Global operating cadence.

Weekly business reviews, monthly reviews, quarterly exec-review narratives for TikTok's global ad-revenue org — Content & Services, App & Gaming, Travel & Entertainment, and TikTok Commerce Ads.

SOaP enablement workstream.

On the Global Sales Operation and Planning team, led the data & analytics enablement workstream across five regions — automated dashboards, governed datasets, team-wide training, replacing manual offline reporting.

AB InBev brewery launch.

Built distribution for a new brewery covering ~7% of the China beer market while running pricing across 70+ SKUs in 5 Northern-China markets. Selected as 1 of 110 Global Management Trainees from 110,000+ applicants.
