Owned end-to-end across 250+ US/CAN markets on a multi-billion-dollar budget. Cut courier payout per trip by ~65%, lifted courier earnings by ~200%, lifted trips-per-hour by ~240%. Stat-sig A/B design lifted supply-hours, and Python automation ran thousands of incentive campaigns with real-time supply monitoring.

NYC market-share double.

Doubled NYC market share (~10% → ~20% YTD), grew weekly trips by ~95% — NYC #1 US/CAN, #3 global — at sub-dollar incremental cost per trip.

Start / Win / Stay framework.

Courier lifecycle framework: acquisition +~80% supply hours, resurrection +~10%, churn −~20%. Adopted as the US/CAN playbook for incentive design and segment targeting across Uber Eats.

Analytics Center adoption engine.

Four-surface engine — Lark community, foundation wiki, training course, analyst cookbook — drove Analytics Center to majority adoption (~85%) at sustained 4.0+ CSAT among thousands of commercial users. Ranked #1 of all internal sales tools.
